Website Pricing: Listed prices are applicable for standard single-story, tin roof homes with readily accessible switchboards, adequate roof space and adequate capacity to accommodate the solar system’s circuitry. Additional costs may apply for non-standard installations, including but not limited to multi-story homes, difficult roof access, switchboard upgrades, split panel arrays or extensive wiring modifications. We will send you a formal quote for installation for your acceptance prior to installing the solar system.

Component Pricing: Advertised component (inverter, solar panels, batteries etc) prices are provided as a breakdown of the overall package cost and are not intended for individual sales or use outside of a complete solar package.

Energy Generation and Savings Estimates: Estimated energy generation figures are based on historical average irradiance data for Zone 3 and are provided for general guidance only. Estimated savings estimates are based on the current Synergy home A1 tariff and 70% self consumption of the solar production. Actual energy production and savings will vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, panel orientation, shading, system size and design, usage patterns and location. Customers are encouraged to obtain a site-specific solar analysis for a more accurate estimate of potential energy generation. We will generate a site specific performance estimate for your consideration and acceptance prior to installation.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to decline to provide a quote or installation services for specific projects at our absolute discretion. This may be due to technical limitations, product availability, geographic location, or any other factor.

Pricing and Availability: All prices are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays or substitutions due to supply chain constraints. Prices reflected after applying a point-of-sale discount based on the current STC (Small-scale Technology Certificates) values and may be subject to change based on STC market fluctuations. Additional installation costs may be required to ensure compatibility with your property.

STC Assignment: The displayed price includes an upfront discount based on the assignment of STCs to us. You agree to assign the STCs generated by your solar system to Unplugged Energy as part of the purchase agreement.

Warranty: Solar panels and inverters are subject to manufacturers’ warranties. Unplugged Energy provides a separate warranty on the installation workmanship, as detailed in the installation agreement.
